At Caminos Del Sol we are fully committed to the quality of our products. For this reason we work under the highest quality standards (HACCP) and Good manufacturing practices. Besides the constant audits that our clients make us, we also count with third party audits that support our processes.

AIB Internacional

Given the commitment to quality by Caminos Del Sol, is that as of February 01, 2010 we began with the HACCP certification process for our plant for the year 2011. This process is being carried out under the supervision of representatives of the internationally recognized AIB (American Institute of Baking)

NSF

Yearly audited by NSF. NSF Cook & Thurber is the leading provider of comprehensive food safety services for the food, beverage, animal feed, and packaging industries.

 

Kosher

The majority of our products are Kosher certified by the Orthodox Jewish Community of Costa Rica.
